Legal
Terms of service.
The terms that apply when you use this website or hire me for SEO, GEO or AEO work.
Last updated
Short version: this website is informational and you're free to browse it. If you hire me, the specific scope, price and timeline for your project will be agreed separately, usually by email or a quote, and those details take priority over this page. I can't guarantee search rankings, and you're responsible for the content and legality of the site I work on.
Who this is
Crawlist is run by Kean Carl Donato, a freelance SEO specialist and web developer based in the Philippines. These terms apply to crawlist.online and to SEO, GEO and AEO services booked through it. For anything in these terms, email keandonato@crawlist.online.
Using this website
You can browse this site, read the guides and use the free tools for your own business or personal reference. Don't scrape, resell or republish the content as your own, and don't try to disrupt or probe the site's security. The tools on this site are provided as-is, for informational purposes, and results may not be fully accurate.
Getting a quote or booking work
Filling in the contact form or emailing me starts a conversation, not a contract. A project only begins once we've agreed the scope, price and timeline, usually by email or a written quote. Those specifics govern the engagement and take priority over this general page wherever they differ.
Payment
Pricing, deposits and payment schedules are set per project and confirmed before work starts. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Late payment may pause ongoing work.
What I can and can't promise
I'll do the work with reasonable skill and care, using accepted SEO, GEO and AEO practice. Search engines and AI systems set and change their own ranking and answer systems, and competitors, algorithm updates and factors outside the website also affect results. Because of that, I can't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, indexing timelines or AI answer appearances, and no SEO provider honestly can.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to let me work on the website, content and accounts involved.
- You're responsible for the legality and accuracy of your site's content, products and claims.
- You'll give timely access to the systems I need, such as hosting, your CMS or Search Console, when a project requires it.
Intellectual property
Reports, audits and written recommendations I deliver are for your use on your project. Code or site changes I build for you become yours once paid for in full, unless we agree otherwise in writing. I keep the right to describe the work in my own portfolio, without disclosing confidential details.
Cancellation
Either of us can end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; I'll hand over what's been finished.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost rankings, arising from the work. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Other sites and tools
This website links to and may rely on third-party services, such as hosting, email delivery and the platforms your site runs on. I'm not responsible for their availability, content or terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled under Philippine law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Changes
I may update these terms as the business changes. If I do, I'll update the date at the top of this page. For an active project, the terms agreed at the time we started still apply unless we agree to change them.

See the privacy policy for how I handle the details you share through the contact form or by email.
