Privacy policy.

What I collect, why, who handles it and how to ask me to change or delete it.

Last updated

Short version: I only collect what you type into the contact form or email me. I use it to reply to you, I do not sell it, and this website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. You can ask me to see, correct or delete your details at any time.

Who is responsible

Crawlist is run by Kean Carl Donato, a freelance SEO specialist and web developer based in the Philippines. For anything in this policy, email keandonato69@gmail.com.

What I collect

  • Contact form. Your name, email address, the type of help you need, and, if you choose to add them, your website address and a message.
  • Email. Anything you send me directly, such as your address and the content of your message.
  • Technical data. Like any website, requests to this site pass through its hosting provider, which may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep the site secure.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics tools, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Why I use it

I use your details to read and answer your enquiry, to give you a quote or advice, and, if we work together, to carry out the work. I do not sell your details or use them for advertising. I will only email you about your enquiry or our work, not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it for me

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and stores contact form submissions in its database.
  • Resend delivers the notification email that tells me about your message.
  • My email provider receives that notification and any email you send me directly.

These providers process data only to run those services. Some of them operate outside the Philippines, so your details may be handled in other countries.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the length of the project and any follow-up that reasonably comes with it. You can ask me to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you can ask to see the personal data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, object to how I use it, withdraw your consent, and ask me to delete or block it. Email me and I will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Philippines' National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. If you are elsewhere, the privacy law of your own country may give you similar rights.

Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Google Search Console and 404 Studio. They have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your data.

Children

This website is for business owners and is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

If I change how I handle personal data, I will update this page and the date at the top.
